you dont need id to access the atm, who would be there to check it?
if it is a personal teller, maybe you should call the bank and ask them for their policies. maybe you can call your grandma while your there and give them the phone so she can grant permission.
i am confused what your question is because you mention the bank and dmv. Anyways, you dont need an id card to deposit checks into your own bank account on any atm, whether its drive through or not.. Just need your bank card. You do, however, need a drivers license to drive.
