I just want to talk to my bank ...........?can anyone recommend their bank ??? I am totally cheesed with mine HSBC. well id like to recommend my bank the alliance & leicester but they are a little too fond of thier bank charges-on the whole all banks are the same though people rave about First Direct-one catch you have to pay in £1500 a month-if thats not a problem for you then id recommend them
Open an account with a local credit union. You will still need a bank for direct debits etc but you can save and borrow with a credit union. Or you could try your local building society.
I have used the Co-op bank for years, with no problems.
Wells Fargo has wonderful customer service and live people talk to you. This is from someone who has had very poor customer service at another bank.
