CIBC installed several ATM machines on campus back in 2013! However there isn't many banks near the campus itself, the closet ones would be in the downtown core.
The closest bank to Queens would be BMO which is located at the intersection of Clarence/King Street. It would be a good 20-30 minute hike from campus if you choose that route but theres also several bus routes that you can take as well. Routes 1/3/4/502 all run along King Street and pass Queens U and will ALL take you to the downtown core..
The bank closest to where you live. They are all the same, pick one that will be convenient. It's not that big a campus that there will be a lot of ATMs, it's a very compact place. CIBC is the only bank with machines on campus, but not sure how many or even where they are. Figure out where you'll be living, find out which bank is within walking distance and avoid using ATMs.
Don't use ATM machines unless it's your branch or you'll pay a fortune in fees.
