If this is the first time you have been overdrawn, go to the bank tomorrow and speak with an official. Tell them that you made a mistake and ask if they will waive the overdraft fee. They will review your account history and may decide to make your day by actually doing it. Sometimes, they will.

You don't need to argue. Just go in, and if you have not had an overdraft before, just ask the bank manager to waive the fee this time. Usually, they will do it. Especially for a measely 59p ( sounds like a small amount. LOL )

I'd be honest with them. Tell them you saw the overdraft and cleared it promptly. Tell them it was your first overdraft. Be nice to them. You have a very good case for a refund if you're civil with them. Don't go in screaming about 30 pounds charged for an overdraft of less than one pound. They don't like being treated rudely any more than you do.
