I was faced with this problem this afternoon. My sister has a large ceramic piggy bank and like all money banks, it has two holes. One is a slit in the top, the other is a round hole in the bottom, but they're not quite parallel; the slit is a little more towards the snout than the hole is. She was...

Take a scissor or tongs pass it through the round hole and catch hold the coin and slide it through the top slit.
