If somebody withdraws 2000 from any bank, from his brothers account with help of his g/f who is teller ?at this time and with his Driver license, which he has taken it from his pocket when his brothert was sleepingg, will the teller and this person go to jail, will the judge report to his employer |
You have two choices...settle the dispute with your brother as a family and have him pay you back.
The second choice is to report it to the police and bank officials. Your brother and his g/f made their choices and have betrayed your trust, broken the law and in the case of the g/f betrayed her employer. You can not be held responsible for the consequences that they will face because of their actions.
Jail, probably, depending on what the sentence is. But that is a FELONY. Grand Theft, fraud, Bank fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud.
The judge won't tell the employer, but when you're missing for several days/weeks/years, they may get curious.
Both will be arrested, and most certainly, all employers will end up knowing especially when their employees are carted off to jail.
definately...that is fraud and conspriacy the will definately lose there job to say the least...good luck..
