I would play it by ear...or just call before the interview and ask human resources what you can expect.
Language doesnot matter.Any one language HINDI/ENGLISH is acceptable. But I think if u mentioned Hindi as your language while filling form,then u have to converse in Hindi. Whatever u opt before appearing interview,u can face interview in that language. I know many successful Bank POs who faced interview in Hindi and succeeded. It means language doesnot matter much ,your talent,aptitude,knowledge,personality etc matters more than language.
