Dear Syndercastern Sharjah:

Yes perhaps is all too easy for people to pass judgment for problems you are having. If you are a bank defaulter in UAE (United Arab Empire) and owe banks more than 500K Dhs from different banks due to failure of your business, I could see why you would want to go to another GCC country. But are you interested in relocating to run away from your debt or just to find a better job. If you are trying to run away from your debt, this might not be the wisest idea. Bank problems will stay with you for a long time and pop up at the most inconvenient times.

I am aware of the laws of your country, but perhaps it is best to begin working out payment plans for the debt that you owe the banks? While the debt may seem overwhelming now, it becomes a noticeably less burden after time passes. Have you spoken with a lawyer? Do they offer bankruptcy where you live?

Basically if you have an a debt that is about $136,147 USD and an income of $816 USD (a month), you can probably just pay off the debt over time. Talk to the bank s and see what you can work out.
