In U.K.there is a general rant and stigma against the unemployed. They are demonised as being a burden on the state. All workers are forced to pay insurance to cover themselves against the loss of becoming unemployed. Speculators are encouraged and protected,by being bailed out with public funds, when they mess...

The unemployeed cost us far more, bankers and banks pay stamp duty on all deals they make, therefore make the country billions a year in tax. The reason we have to bail them out is some bad decsions, they make us far more money than we will ever have to bail them out. on the other hand the lazy unemployed yob costs us billions, and gives nothing back, they tend to be un healthy thus cost us more in health care, they get assisted housing costing our local communities much needed cash.

Unemployed people needs to cover themselves with insurance because of loss of income. Once they become unemployed they become nontaxable or no more taxpayers. But the government has to bail them out if they are not covered by some insurance. In the case of those Speculators when they make huge incomes they have to pay income taxes at very high tax rate. They are tax payers in the very sense of the word, and surely deserved to be bailed out by the public fund which they have contributed. However the government will always consider very carefully, when to bail out or nationalised banks. If bankers are responsible for the collapse of their banks, the government will not bail them out but nationalised their banks to protect all deposits accounts holders. As in the case of Northern Rock and Bradford & Bingley.

I have lived in many Western countries, including the UK and it is the same in almost all of them. the media and the conservatives conspire to cover up the truth. That the bottom 50% of the income bracket pays 90% of the taxes. They are the only ones in danger of being unemployed, so all they are doing is reclaiming some of their taxes.

The rich are parasites - taking all that they want from society and contributing only that which is necessary for their schemes to run successfully.

That the middle class always fall for this shite is what bamboozles me!!

Unemployed. There are two kinds. The unintentional, and the lazy sh*ts. Why shouldn't working people criticise the latter? I would offer them work or f*ck all.
