I believe they would leave to their future state, and I believe Israel would be more than glad to give compensation to the refugees still alive today (not sure about their descendants though). Anything should be better than the conditions they face in Lebanon, really.

Palestinian spirit: why not speak about the reality of Palestinians in Lebanon? Lying about such a sensitive subject is just... cruel.

"well its not that we want to stay in lebanon (dont get me wrong, lebanon is a beautiful country) its just just that many Palestinians dont have anywhere else to go, they want to be as closest as possible to their homeland i guess."

You guessed wrong, Palestinians can't leave because the Lebanese government won't grant them passports (and we are talking now of third generation Palestinians in Lebanon). They can't leave the refugee camps because they're not granted citizenship, and without citizenship there's not many places you could work at.

"israel bans any Palestinian refugee from returning to their homeland"
No, Israel bans Palestinians to go live in Israel, for obvious demographic reasons. Now, does Israel really ban you from moving to Ramallah?

"my grandad was denied (hes a refugee) living in panama"
Your grandfather wheter he's living in Panama or Syria, is still not welcome to live in Israel. Taking into account that Panama is not Lebanon, and that he and his sons were integrated in the society and treated as human beings, he could travel to Israel as a tourist for a certain amount of time or to Jordan and from there to the West Bank to visit when he wishes.

well its not that we want to stay in lebanon (dont get me wrong, lebanon is a beautiful country) its just just that many Palestinians dont have anywhere else to go, they want to be as closest as possible to their homeland i guess. even if it was our own state, the Zionists wouldn't allow us to act and feel free in it. trust me it wont make a difference if it was.
plus those palestinians in lebanon are mostly refugees, and israel bans any Palestinian refugee from returning to their homeland. you have to have citizenship. and thats hard to get if youre living abroad, theyd think your wanting to go to palestine just to commit suicide bombings -.- my grandad was denied (hes a refugee) living in panama
