Why aint I getting a response from my bank?

I sent out TWO e-mails to complain about a mistake in my account. I was suppose to get a refund but the bank charged me instead of giving me money. I called them and then e-mailed them. I said the mistake but they did not do anything. then I e-mailed them twice but no response. BTW the bank is Foster Bank. This...

If I was you I would visit the Bank. Something has gone very wrong !

there will be a dispute option in the bank website you can use that. or you would have called the bank and issued a stop pay .. it would have been done earlier.. if it is related to amazon as per the screenshot then you would have directly called amazon and disputed it before informing the bank...

i suggest walk to the nearest bank, talk to a representative, let them call customer service, conference with amazon and let them sort it out...
