Bank and Monument are banks in interlinked stations, in King William Street in the City of London servicing five London Underground lines, plus the Docklands Light Railway.
First City Monument Bank is a Nigerian investment bank. This is a real bank, but it is not a commercial UK bank. Steer clear of people asking you to send money to Nigerian accounts, that country is notorious as the scam capital of the world.
Why? Have they been sending you emails saying they have a cash prize for you, please could you keep it a secret and email them back with your name, address, date of birth, mother's maiden name and bank details?
I'm sure it's all entirely legitimate and in no way a dodgy 419 scam - just do exactly as the instructions say.
And remember, DON'T TELL ANYONE ;-)
Be very cautious about this type of venture.
