Pearl 900 series pedals and stands and 800 series hi hat stands. They're sturdy and they're moderately priced.
(I'm a drum dept manager at a Guitar Center)
DW seems to be the Pro's choice. But my drummer used Premiere (sp?) they were great and very affordable
