Contact the police and file a police report. Then go to the bank and see where you stand.
Banks are somewhat liable for fraud, especially if they cashed checks there.
Call the bank first, and then call the police,then contact one of the credit reporting agencies. You are going to have to spend the whole day fixing this. I had this happen last year and I was very lucky that I was able to prove it was the banks fault very quickly! Somebody had gotten my checking account number and used quicken to print out their own checks! The name wasn't even right for the account! They had my money back to me within a month.
Get off the computer and call the police because they unfortunatly do not respond to yahoo answers!!!
