My Daughter wants to put her money in the 53th bank in Detroit,mi?

my daughter moved there to be with her boyfriend,he tells her its a good bank,(i have no,doubt it is),but he says 1 of their policies is to make courtesy calls to customers to check up on them.and see how they are doing. i never heard of a bank policy doing this.does anyone know about this.

Some banks will do random surveys, whether through e-mail, snail mail, or even the phone. You can opt yourself out of most of these, you just have to notify the bank.
