SCAM for so many reason
1. There is NO bank in the UK called City of London Bank
2. There is NO National Olympics Games Board in the UK
3. The ONLY people who can win any lotteries in the UK are legal residents of the UK and you have to BUY a ticket in the UK.so if you don't live in the UK and did not buy any sort of lottery ticket in the UK there is NO way you could win
