Many people will tell you they are just one of many banks that are terrible. You can contact the better business bureau(BBB) and tell them what happened, they can give you advice. With most banks, it's not the whole bank that has problems, it is the branch that you are dealing with that is horrible. At least that's the way it was when we were with Wells Fargo.
They are pretty good but the branch we were at was horrid and had the worst complaint record from what I could find out. When we started doing business at another branch most problems disappeared. But things the first branch did caused us problems for 7 years because of their sloppy record keeping, not putting information in our files, saying we were overdrawn when we had deposited it and they never entered it. All sorts of things that make me really happy I keep every piece of information from a bank so I could prove they were wrong but our credit is still screwed up years later.
i have many clients with them and i think their service is really bad... CHASE is far most the worst bank i have ever worked with in my life. ocwen sends everything to India. bank of America is starting to follow ocwen. =( now how is our information safe when it is being sent out of the country?
hell give the world our social security numbers.. what will they risk to become an American? i wonder.
