I found a home in Norman OK that was foreclosed by Deutsche Bank, does anyone know who to call to purchase?

Home has been empty for two years and has major termite damage. I want to purchase this home and it shows Deutsche Bank in care of Country wide Homes. However, Countrywide has no records on this home.

If it was foreclosed on, go to the court house in that county and the Circuit Clerk's office will have a record of the foreclosure with the bank's official address. They'll probably have to look up the foreclosure settlement by the home's address.

Call the Deutsche bank.

Try Deutsche Bank Or your city hall, country home. Whatever is it in your town.

Go toyour local town hall to the registry of deeds and land, they should have the present owners and title holders on file with the updated contact info. also the county land office will have this info for tax purposes.
