Nothing is easy, you have to work for what you want. And I don't think 1600000is enough (if it is in rupees). It may be enough if you want to get your licenses from India or some place near it. But then, you won't directly get a job in an airline. You'll have to struggle a bit, like fly cargo planes and stuff, and then you may be able to fly passenger flights. And a CPL is not the only thing required. To be a commercial pilot, one requires a Private Pilot License (PPL), a Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Night Rating, Multi-Engine Rating, and Instrument rating.
But, if you get your licenses and ratings from Canada or New Zealand or so, you'll directly get to fly a passenger plane or so in India, and getting a job would be really very easy. This is if you get your licenses from Canada or New Zealand / Australia, or such. Canada is the best place though to become a pilot, because then you can fly anywhere in the world. The cost, however, in Canada is anywhere between $60000 to $80000 Canadian Dollars. You can either do your training from a flight school (where you can get it all done within 1 year or less, this is benificial if you want to start earning soon, most people do this) or you can get a degree with all licenses / ratings from Seneca college (this takes 4 years). The cost is about the same.
Also, if you get your Pilot training from Canada, you'll have to struggle to get hired by an airline right away, it's in India or whereever that it's benificial. Most airlines in India pay about 3 lakhs rupees a month to a co-pilot / first officer, and about 5 (or more) lakhs per month to a Captain. Other allowances are additional.
