Please do not lower your self to attract clients, you need to have faith and confidence in your self in order for you to release your potential and work to the highest of standards. God has made a promise to every individual, if you work hard to the best of your ability then i shall put that extra effort and make your job easier for you.
The competition maybe tough but that's the challenges we we face in every aspect of career life. It's all about learning and working out new ways hence getting recognized.
I have an MBA, my course was all about strategy, designing business models to attract opportunities so you may render and improve upon them.
I have complete belief in you BUT you should believe in yourself and go that extra mile, trust me it will be worth it at the end.
I agree financial sector is hard, but talk about opportunities you can bring to your clients, think about strategy cause finance is all about strategy. Think about financial incentives your clients will gain in a year, 2 years etc.
Learn about your products and in which way your companies products have the competitve edge amongst your competitors.
Banking is all about investment and making money. I don't know what your job entails but there are a few intelligent ppl here that can help.
