Bank sites do regular maintainence to their sites, sounds like they may me doing some now.....

If ever you get this kind of message it is usually a site problem. To be on the safe side, after 2 attempts back away and wait at least an hour, in case it is someone attempting a re-direct to a dummy site. Check that the site is secure (https:// not http://). This is very rare, but still sometimes happens.

I had this exact same message from Coop bank...

Dont worry they're just doing the nightly update - if you try again in about 10 minutes it should work ok.

if you entered incorrect details 3 times, you've had it! you'll have to wait till they send you the new access details. which will probably be posted to you.

or try again later because there system might be down.
