i hate people like you you are 18 years old you are now responsible for your own actions you must no what you had in the bank and if not use telephone banking or internet banking to find out your balance before completing a transaction
You post has me confused. Did you authorize a paypal payment that would be drawn from a bank account without checking the bank account balance? And the bank is now charging you a bounced check fee?
If this is true, what are you trying to stop or back charge?
Pay the fee, you screwed up and it's legitimate. If you don't use this account, close it. Change your paypal account so it doesn't draw from that bank account.
Just a little financial responsibility goes a long way.
