Edu qualifications for bank posts?

If you are 10+2 and have good communication skill then you can get field job with the banks in loan distribution, investments, credit card and other related fields with private banks which pay handsome salary to deserving persons.
But you did your graduation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) and this qualification will not make you eligible to get a good job/probationary post in banks.
For banking job you should have at least B.com or a diploma/degree in accountancy/banking.
