Chase bank, WTF is up with this?

Share |

I have had my account with the bank since it was WaMu.. Never had any problems.. they changed over to Chase and I notice that some polices and minor stuff changed. No big problem.. Now this is the thing, I have used banks all over Florida (Chase) and I have never got the service that I get from this one...

I think that teller was just a moron, I fill out the slip without the account number, becuase i dont have it memorized, it IS a different number than what is embedded on your debit card, but they are linked together so she could of pulled it up using the number on your card.

I would go back there and steal her pen.

You don't really get any extra benefits for being with a bank for a long people of time, as each customer is treated equally; normally getting 2 late fees/overdraft fees/ finance charges waived per every twelve month period..

Telling the manager would be pretty pointless becuase he/she would probably just laugh it off behind your back when you leave.

Definately steal her pen next time.

I have never had a bank account with Chase, but I know lots of people that had WaMu accounts and they were all very unhappy with the service they got from Chase. I believe all of them took their money elsewhere. I did at one time have Chase credit card and got bad customer sevice there. Pay the Chase card off and never use it again. Forget about complaining about the teller, nothing will be done anyway.

You have a lazy simple minded teller, go in the branch and speak to the Operations manager about her . If you don't like the response you get, close the account, it's not worth the aggravation.

I would definitely tell the bank manager about that incident, there are too many people out there looking for jobs that would love her job and would love to accomodate you especially in your limited ability to walk. Your years of loyalty don't really have any relevence to her attitude but it does have a lot to do with the bank's customer base so I would surely think that they would like to keep their long standing customers.
F&*$ her pen, steal one every time you go!

Tell a bank manager, that person should be fired, and the pens that they put in drive thru tubes, they expect to be taken, which is why they put their ad pens in there...
