NO, not in the United States

You can not use debit and/or credit cards for making security investments or trading securities.

Brokerage firms do not communicate with banks for particular account details nor do they care.

If you are looking to have monies move systematically between your brokerage account and your sisters bank account is illegal. No only is it against securities law, it is against banking law. At this point both the bank and the brokerage firm may find out and both could close and ban both your brokerage account and your sisters bank account.

If you going to play in the game, play by the rules like everyone else,

Not legally.

Not intelligently.

Your sister has a lot to learn if she thinks this is okay.

BTW, do you know what they call day traders?

Broke.

Kid, you don't even know the BASICS! You are asking for some very expensive lessons!
