This is a very good question. It depends on the individual I guess, but I truly believe that a person would be happier if they had financial security, thus they could enjoy life more. Money DOES buy, at least a little, 'extra' happiness. It affords you to live in luxury and NOT have to worry about things in life like paying bills, medical costs, the future, etc.
