Hi, i have a bank account in hudson valley federal credit union , its just a checking account but i'm overdrawn by 8$. i got money from christmas so i jsut gave my dad all of the checks and gave him a deposit slip. will he be able to see my current balance in my account? i dont want him to know that i'm...

He should not. When I deposit into my own accounts I get a receipt that shows the balance but I did make a deposit for my son once and they gave me a receipt without a balance on it.

The bank is not supposed to let him see it. Unfortunately if they do there won't be much you can do about it.
