I would have to disagree with the majority, and say Carl Winslow. Philip Banks, although he seems to be a good father, sometimes acts like an Asshole to his family. Look at his kids; he has a son that that wants to have him dead in some sort of inheritance scheme, aan older daughter who is spoiled rotten, and one daughter who before his nephew Will came into the picture, was practially brainwashing her to be this robot or something. He pays Geoffrey a meager salary ( I would act like the butler would, if I had some fat employer like Philip Banks).
