What bank is it written from?
Take it to that bank and cash it.

Give it to your mom or a friend that you trust.
Let her deposit it in her account and wait for the check to clear, then she can give you the funds. If you do this, make sure the check is not fake. Fake cashier's check are out there especially if you got it from online
Walmart might do it if they have one of those bank kiosks and it's not for too much. I know here they'll cash almost any payroll check or federal check
