Where can I find a bank that gives customers a second chance for past banking problems?banking troubles |
I actually got into some trouble with overdraft fees with Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union and then about a year later after not having a bank account I went to Chase Bank and they had no problem opening me an account. That is of course just a checking/savings with a debt card, I cannot get approved for a CC untill I'm out of debt! =)
