Whatever bank the check is drawn off of should cash the check for you but will probably charge you a fee of around $6.
Most banks won't cash a check if you don't have an account, and anywhere else that advertises "check cashing", will take a fee off the top, up to 10% of your check.
I would advise opening an account with that check!
