Chase has an 800 Customer Service number. Or is there a Chase branch in your town?

I could not find that address in searches as there are hundreds of "PO Box 3002" and several cities named "Monroe"

Chase has used marketing firms for several years, it's a sort of affiliate tie-in where they allow the marketing firm to include inserts with the bills. I have purchased a few items that proved to be quite useful, but I don't see those kinds of promotions any more.

But it's odd there would be mail going to you claiming you are a Chase customer if you had not been.

WaMu was bought by Chase a few years ago during the financial meltdown and TARP actions. If you had an account with WaMu at one time that might be why you are receiving these mailings. There might be other banks that have failed and Chase bought them under the oversight of the FDIC, but there hasn't been much detailed information in the regular news nationwide about who bought what.

Of course they want to sell you stuff. If the bank has decided you are a good credit risk, they provided the information to the marketer. Or the marketer got your name and address from some other list.

Call Chase's 800-number and tell them you want to be removed from their mailing list and their third party mailing lists
