its a contract law issue

though you may want someone who specialises in banking and finance issues to navigate the banks legal carry on

that being said

you seem to be getting a bit excited

seriously a lawyer is going to cost you more than whatever gain you might achieve

just as likely the issue will never go to court so your chances of being awarded costs are nil .. even in court you may find that you arent awarded costs

anyway

could I suggest you write a letter setting out you concerns and work from there

A civil litigation attorney. However, for $100, you would be filing in Small Claims Court. In many of those courts, you must represent yourself because lawyers are not allowed to. Even if, in your jurisdiction and in the Small Claims Court where you file, lawyers are allowed to represent you, it would not be worth your while. At $350 per hour, it would cost you considerably more than the $100 you would be claiming.

So, if you must, go and file the claim yourself. Your filing fee in Arizona would be $30 and service would cost you $15. However, in most parts of the country, those figures would be considerably more.

my 2 cents

You do realize a lawyer would cost you several hundred dollars, right????
