I started looking this up and found a tremendous number of instances of identity theft and just plain robbery against depositors... very disturbing. It's hard to know where to start there is just so much of it. Does not leave one with much peace of mind... There seem to be a lot of lawsuits against Bank of America. finding the one you are looking for is like digging for a needle in a haystack.
