omg.. i feel for you.. I was working for boatmans bank when bank of america bought us out. They took over and forced people out horribly if they didnt comply to all their changes. they wanted EVERYONE cross trained so they could do customer service work on the phone or in person, so we could help someone with their bank account and all the info they might need, they wanted 25 NEW credit card applications every single month and if you didnt make your quota 3 months out of 12 you were fired, they wanted all the sat workers to be in the "pool" and you went where they said no matter if it was 50 miles from your home, and IF another branch called and said they had someone call in sick and they needed you,,, YOU HAD TO GO... and if you squalked at all these massive changes or damands they simply pointed to the door and say "theres the door if you dont like it". I worked at the bank I was at because it was 1/10 mile from my home and I had no car, so I could walk to and from work... all this "pool" work was NOT feasable for me, they did not care. I was also the only "commercial bank" teller for our branch and I saw the same people every day, day in and day out, and they wanted me to get 25 NEW CC applications a month? NOT POSSIBLE.. and they wanted me to do CS training...?? FOR WHAT??? Oh yes, and they wanted us tellers to get "new accounts" , 5, a month... HOW IN THE HEL* are the tellers supposed to do THAT when were just doing deposits and withdrawls? VERY UNREASONABLE COMPANY.... I bad mouth them every chance I get, they are a horrible company to work for. I hung out with them for 8 months after they took over, but when they told me I HAD to drive 45 miles away from my home and kids on a sat to work there for 3 hours and I said nope, cant do it, not only will I not have a car, that I got that job at THAT bank because I could walk to work and I can NOT go to another branch... they said, either you go or your fired... I said well I guess im fired then because I can not go. They fired me. I handled enough money every day that would have paid off my house 3 times over, and my drawer balanced every single day but because I could NOT make THEIR stupid new quotas and go do their stupid pool they fired me. You mean to tell me there is NOT ANOTHER bank teller to go to that branch that was 45 miles away? We had a bank of america on every other corner in tulsa and I WAS THE ONLY ONE that HAD to go? I dont think soooooooooo. they are NOT A NICE COMPANY..

what you can expect is to be "sweet talked"... but its all lies.
