You can do an international wire transfer from any of the big banks. I recommend either Bangkok Bank or Krung Thai bank. You can send Thai Baht up to the amount of 50,000 baht with no problems. But why would you want to do that, you will get a bad rate.

Not sure what you are saying. Do you want to send Thai baht to the Philippines?

If you have a bank address and account number most any bank can make a transfer of funds. You pay for this service. But in the P.I. the withdrawal will be in PHP.

If this person is coming to Thailand for a visit most any currency can be changed at the airport to Thai baht. You do not have to send Thai baht to the Philippines. US dollars are easy to get in the P.I. No problem changing them to Thai baht in Thailand too.

Maybe re-write your question to make your request a little easier to understand.

If you are going to be sending money to the Philippines often you could have two debit cards with same number. You make a deposit in Thailand and your friend/wife/whatever takes it out via an ATM in the P.I.

You can send money to the P.I. using Western Union. Ask your question on the Philippines forum. Okay to use Tagalog if needed.
