This is Kim: And this info helps if you cannot log into the website: The SBBT has never showed me in the system; however, if you call 1-877-908-7228 and push 1 I think 3 times to get to refunds, and enter the info they request (listen carefully) they will give you refund info. This is also valuable so when your refund hits their bank it will let you know. Took a load off my mind. Good luck!
