No. If you have a debit card from a different company than Walmart you can't transfer the balance from the Walmart card directly on to another company's debit card. However, if your old Walmart card had a "Send Money" option on it, you could log in online and have it sent to another Walmart card.
Otherwise, you'll need to wait.
Go to your walmart store and ask them. Did US Bank say why your card was shredded?
