Ok I am not in Texas , not am I certain about this, But is it possible that this jersey may be a beer league team? One that was sponsored by the bank. I can also see it maybe being a promo item from the bank for say opening an account, getting free tickets and the Jersey. Just a thought am no way certain though. Maybe do an online search about the banks old promotions . That may rule it in or out that way.
