Should I open a new bank acount?

A few months ago I went to the hospital. I don't have insurance and I don't have money to pay off what I owe. Is it true that if I open a new bank acount the hospital can withdraw money out of my acount to pay off what I owe without my permission? Thanx yahoo answers..

Waite to open a new bank account until you pay off your bill hope this helps good luck
