Found this on the FDIC webpage under "Colonial". Don't know what it means, but thought I would share it.

"All shares of Colonial Bank were owned by its holding company, The Colonial BancGroup, Inc., Montgomery, AL. The holding company was not included in the closing of the bank or the resulting receivership. If you are a shareholder of The Colonial BancGroup, Inc., please do not contact or file a claim with the Receiver. You may contact The Colonial BancGroup, Inc., directly for information as follows:"

There is a name and contact number for the Director of Public Relations for Colonial Bank Group. If you contact them and find out any information, please share.

Don't panic, if you do and everybody else does it will be worth nothing.
Gm files bankruptcy and the stock doubles
Lear Corp filed bankruptcy and is still worth 30cent
BankUnited Corp of Florida ( BKUNQ.PK ) is worh 30 cent now.
When the market opens Monday, the shares might go down a lot because people panic, but i guarantee it will be higher if you wait.
I suggest if the stock goes 10 cent you should buy more shares, i know i will.

I wasn't worth all that much to begin with and yes now it is worth nothing. There might be a market for it on the pink sheets Monday, but probably not.
