Yes, he is a great threat. He is actually my favorite to win the Ladder match for the title, even though I think he will not be the winner.
In momentum wise, I'm not sure if he is the strongest one going into THIS PPV specifically, just because Roman Reigns is the one ending RAW and Smackdown always over, but for everything that Bray has done since Wrestlemania, he does have a psychological advantage. Let's hope that he wins!
