Is the car warmed up when you are doing the test? You may just have a hanging code.

Its probably the back o2 sensor behind the converter or its the converter
They make an additve to clean converters Ive never tried it.
Try your scan code manufacturer, maybe they have a web site or Q and A section
Id'e bet money its the back o2 sensor
if you havent changed em yet and your over 70 k thats wher Id'e look
check to see if your truck has o2 sensors after the converters. if so, then i would start there.
