This is a scam. He is trying to defraud you. Do not provide him with any personal details (such as your bank account number). Do not send him any money - you will lose it - guaranteed. How could you win money in a lottery that you did not enter? Why would someone want to give you 200,000? If it sounds too good to be true, it is. You should report this incident to your local police.
If and when you get these e-mails ,just ignore them. These mailings are sent hoping to get you to send money to factitious persons in Hope you'll receive monies in return.
