Philadelphia's new Citizen Bank Park...does it have a judge on the premises like the old Veterans Stadium?

The "most violent" thing is overblown but the Vet did have a judge - Seamus McCaffrey - on the premises. In part, it was a move by Judge McCaffrey to get publicity for himself but it served a purpose. As others noted, it was only for Eagles games. Phillies games were never an issue.

However, neither the new football stadium, Lincoln Financial Field (the Linc) nor the Phillies' Citizens Bank Park have either judge, courtroom or holding facilities. There is no "700 level" equivalent (i.e., cheap seats) in the new Eagles stadium so the loony tunes who found their way in front of Judge McCaffrey are priced out of the games and things are much calmer now.

The previous stadium was multi-use The Eagles now play at Lincoln Financial field about 4 blocks from Citizens Bank Park. As the previous post mentioned the judge and jail were for the eagle fans Phillies fans till last October were too bummed out to need a judge on-site.

I believe the old jail and court were more for Eagles games than Phillies games. As the Eagles don't play at Citizens Bank Park, I would be very surprised if there is a jail or court there.

No they don't. It was primarily used for the Eagles games. When they had Phillie's games, I don't even think they had the judge there most of the time or if he was even there at all.
