Nba trade:marion and banks to raptors for o'neal and moon?

I would much rather have Amare than Marion. I don't see this trade improving us much so the only the only reason I think Bryan made this trade is to get Marion's expiring contract. He's focusing on next year.

It's ok. I don't think the raptors are doing this to contend. I think they are doing it to get an expiring contract in marion and send O'neal and the 23 mil he will be due next year away. I think this trade may help miami a little bit, but still Oneal is just too often injured, angry, and sporadic on the court to be much of a difference maker. I don't really see why Miami would do this because they have Beasley, i guess they either see beasley moving into the 3 or beasley grabbing some more bench.

O'neal was a better player but now he's so old he has no lift in his game. He's inconsistent and shawn marion can be a good asset to the raptors along bosh. Now instead of jermaine and chris both fighting for the ball in the post you have shawn marion as a good wing. I look forward to seeing more drive and kicks in the raptors game now.

Both players are Dead Weight. I dont understand the logic behind the trade. The Raptors should have went after Amare.
