Is Umpqua Bank a good choice?I am thinking of opening a checking account with them. But I wonder has anyone has any experience with them? Is customer service good enough to offset their price (I know that they are not offering the best rate in most cases)? |
I don't think its a good idea to bank with this sertain company. I have never heard of this bank and I've been to several countries. Im sorry thats just my opinion. Try banking with a company that is well known such as CIBC,BMO,TD...I would reccommand TD I had my first account there! Hope I helped!
You can also avoid frauds with more popular companies/banks.
I have banked with several different banks. And I have to say that Umpqua Bank is by far the best. My branch has the greatest customer service around. They know me personally and are friendly. Whenever there has been a problem they have helped me quickly. Even when the mistake was mine, they bent over backwards to help me. I've never heard anything bad about them.
