Did you maybe make a withdrawal from a MetaBank ATM? Maybe it was a $160 withdrawal and they charged $1.50 fee?
It also looks like MetaBank is a supplier of Visa gift cards. Did you buy a gift card for somebody recently?
If you can't remember doing any business with MetaBank, then you need to call Orchard Bank right away and tell them there's a transaction on your card that you don't recognize. They'll help you figure out what it was and if it turns out it was fraudulent, they'll tell you what you have to do to get it removed.
