No, it is fascist corporatism. The taxpayer bails out the rich capitalists so they don't have to pay back their ill gotten gains. Heck, even Communists are better because they would take these corrupt CEOs and managers and shoot them in the public square and take everything they had. Here we let them walk away with millions of working peoples' dollars stuffed in their pockets.
