According to the website I looked at, this 5th Avenue location is closed on Sundays. The one on 13th Avenue and 49th Street is opened on Sundays and closed on Saturdays. Here is the website

The vast majority of banks are closed on Sundays. However, you could make a phone call to the bank and ask. If no one answers, then you more or less have proof positive that the bank is closed on Sunday.
